Our History

In 1994, dissatisfied with the software options available for the mortgage industry, a group of entrepreneurs envisioned and built a loan origination system with user-friendliness at its core. The software was designed to manage the loan process from origination to closing, while providing all the necessary print forms needed to run a successful business.

Over the next few years, PCLender expanded development of the solution, leading to the creation of the Loan Origination System (LOS) application. In 1999, PCLender.com was formed to market the software in a bundled package including hardware, compliance and mortgage banking services.

PCLender has continued to expand and refine its product line capabilities, from imaging and online applications to secondary marketing, warehouse line management, and loan level reconciliation, consistently remaining ahead of the market.

Today, our management team is comprised of executives from the mortgage, technology and financial industries, whose expertise ensures that we exceed our customer's expectations.
