Sales Executive

Qualified candidates will share a passion for automation systems in a business-to-consumer financial services environment. Past experience and knowledge of the mortgage business, as well as technology sales, is mandatory. The position offers a base salary plus commission, with marketing assistance and great support. Account Manager

PCLender is passionate about great customer service and support. Account Managers provide support to 5 - 20 customers through the entire lifecycle of the contract. This position is responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction levels, resolving issues in a timely manner and maximizing customer utilization/benefit of services from each assigned account. Serving as our customers' internal advocate, this role ensures internal PCLender resources are used to provide effective and professional support. Must have mortgage banking knowledge and general IT/table relationship understanding; ideal candidates will have experience with the PCLender Loan Origination system. Business Analyst

The Business Analyst (BA) position will create Business Requirements Documents (BRD) to validate user/customer needs and Product Requirements Documents (PRD) to clearly communicate software design and functionality to customers, software developers, and others. Envisioning new software features and functions to deliver more value to our customers, along with the ability to define the most efficient and valuable design for new or revised functionality are key as is testing software to ensure it meets the specifications set forth in the PRD. Implementer

Our implementer position is vital to our success, handling the installation and setup of PCLender web products including the Loan Origination system and specific development/support projects as assigned by senior management. This role will be responsible for establishing effective system defaults that maximize customer efficiencies and adhere to industry best practices. LOS Developer

The position is responsible for developing and extending the company's proprietary mortgage origination system code base. The ideal candidate will have experience developing LOS or banking applications. While our LOS currently utilizes the Delphi programming language, developers with experience in .Net, Visual Basic and similar languages who are willing to learn Delphi will be considered viable applicants. This role will support day-to-day development projects, troubleshooting customer issues and supporting development initiatives. The Developer will also work closely with the CTO to assist in the transitioning some of his work load including code review, regression analysis, application development, and second level of technical support. Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Analyst Manager position is responsible for ensuring that all software produced and/or released meets PCLender's quality standards. The QA Manager will develop, implement, and monitor processes to ensure that software is developed in accordance with PCLender standards and that it satisfies business, functional, and technical requirements. The QA Manager will be directly involved in software quality testing as well as managing other QA resources that will be hired in the future.
